- We currently use US Mail & UPS for all our package shipments
How much?
- We do not charge a minimum order fee
- The cost of shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and from the Cart page you can estimate your shipping charges.
How Long?
- Most orders placed before 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) will be shipped next day
What Else You Need To Know?
-We do not ship to PO Boxes
Returns
Denco Enterprises, Inc. offers the following return policies.
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged for unopened merchandise. Return merchandise that is unused, yet the packaging is opened and contains no defects, will be charged an extra 10% repackaging fee and is subject to inspection of the products before return will be processed. If the merchandise is shown to have been used it can not be accepted for return.
No returns will be accepted 30 days from invoice date.
Orders canceled or refused after the order has been processed and shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In all cases an RMA# must be obtained before returning ANY merchandise. You may obtain an RMA# by sending an e-mail with your invoice number and short explanation of problem to harris@Denco.com or by calling 800.769.3404.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Denco’s warehouse for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS or Federal Express. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
